The Design & Landscaping Process

Although every project is different, here’s a breakdown of the evolution of our process, from your first meeting with Fausto to the completion of your project:

Consult with Fausto to discuss your specific landscaping needs, wants and preferences.
Sign off and provide a deposit to start the design process.
Visit site to take measurements, photos and confirm the general plan.
Create concept plans and rough estimates.
Discuss concepts (this may take more than one visit to ensure you are satisfied with the design).
Present the final concept plans and estimate on site, sign the construction contract, and receive the construction deposit.
Schedule the construction, order materials, contact any necessary sub-trades, and call for utility locaters.
Build your dream outdoor living space, on time and on budget.
Do a final walk through and meeting to ensure satisfaction, and collect final payment.
